Squats Over/Games Week

Squat Cycles Ended

Our Squat Cycle is officially over. I know many of you hit some squat numbers that you never have before, and I believe all of us got stronger. So all in all, I believe the squat cycle was a success! We will take a break from squats as we move into some different things to give our our legs and brains a break. (mostly brains). But be on the lookout for what's next.

Games Week

This week, the workouts are modeled after the 2022 CrossFit Games that happened the week before last. The workouts are not exact, but they are similar and will give us a good feel for what those guys can do. Ultimately, the main goal for this week is to simply have fun! Some of these workouts have some things that we normally don't do so be prepared for that and be smart. But let's have some fun, use our fitness, and maybe try some new things.

We have set the workouts to be released at 7pm the night before. So to those of you who plan out your week according to being able to look at all of the week's workouts, i'm sorry you will have to manage this week not knowing. But it is good for us to not know what we are getting in to and still show up and do it!

At the end of the day, these are just workouts. Let's have some fun this week and work hard!
