WIthout eating to support your goals, you will not achieve them

The majority of questions we get outside of workouts are about nutrition, and rightly so. The benefits of exercise are incredible. Building muscle, improving cardiovascular health, improvement mental health, and building confidence to live a better and longer life are some of the big ones. But truth be told, calorie burn and fat loss during the actual workout are actually pretty low on that list of benefits. No matter how hard you work, you really can't burn that many calories in an hour. So how do you lose body fat the fastest? It's simple, you eat in a way that supports fat loss (which is not actually that simple). This stands true regardless of what exercise program you are doing.

You don't need to 'diet'. You need to eat differently.

There are SO many voices out there telling you this is bad and that is wrong. Some of it is true and some is click bait. But until you have your overall calories under control and are consistently eating protein in your meals, none of the other stuff matters! To put it in a financial analogy, you are worried about pinching pennies while ignoring the job offer with twice your current salary requiring no extra work from you. But it's the thought of uncertainty and 'paralysis by analysis' that keeps you from doing anything about it.
