Winter Strength Cycles

CrossFit Classes are wrapping up strength cycles in bench press and shoulder press this week! As usual, we will spend a week or two without consistent strength cycles before we work back into another cycle. Since we are coming up on the holidays, it is inevitable that we will all be a little inconstant working out. The cycles will still be super beneficial as we will do the best we can on the days we are on the gym! Be on the lookout for some squats soon!

Ignite Classes have started a new cycle recently targeting toning up glutes (butt), hamstrings, and shoulders. We saw a lot of progress from our previous strength with split squats and DB Bench Press. We don't expect this time around to be any different!

Doing consistent strength cycles helps us build good muscle much quicker than random workouts. As we get more and more comfortable and confident with the movements, we are able to get more out of the lifts each week! And it's nice to know what's coming each week on certain days.
